Our amazing Care Professionals are roll-your-sleeves-up, supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed people. Our competent and caring team are trained professionals with experience in the care industry. We conduct thorough background checks, including references and enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks, to ensure the safety and integrity of our staff.

We maintain high standards through continuous staff training, regular supervision, and feedback from clients. We also perform periodic quality checks, unannounced visits, and follow best practices as set by the regulatory body.

Our agency serves clients in London, Essex, Kent, and Grays, though we can discuss providing care outside this area on a case-by-case basis.

We value client feedback and view it as an opportunity to improve. You can contact us directly with any concerns, and we will respond promptly. All complaints are handled confidentially and are resolved as quickly as possible.

To begin, contact us for an initial consultation. We’ll conduct a care assessment, have in-depth discussions with you and/or family members to understand your needs, preferences, and any health conditions and develop a personalised care plan tailored to you or your loved one.

Care costs vary depending on the level of service, duration, and specific needs. The cost of home care will always depend on the services you need (i.e. companionship, specialist medical care, housekeeping, etc.), how often you require them throughout the week, and the area you live in. As a provider of home care services, at Bodapel Care we are proud to offer bespoke packages with the highest quality of care, while being upfront about costs and ensuring that what we offer our clients is fully transparent and fits within their budget – with us, you never need to worry about hidden or surprise bills.

Absolutely. Care plans are flexible and reviewed regularly to adapt to any changing needs. You can request changes at any time, and we’ll work with you to adjust the plan as needed. We will also regularly review your service to ensure we are able to offer additional support as required, and your dedicated team of Care Professionals can also alert us to any changes in your condition. 

If at any time you feel your needs are changing, please talk to us about amending your service or care plan.

Yes, we can provide information on various funding options and assist in navigating government support programs if you qualify. We can also help with documentation required for funding applications.

You may have to pay for your own home care, but you could also be eligible for support or full funding from your local council. You may also be entitled to benefits that could help with the cost of your home care.

We use digital care management system to streamline care management, including electronic record-keeping, scheduling apps, and secure communication platforms for real-time updates and handovers. This technology helps enhance transparency and efficiency in care delivery. Digital Care Planning is available which allows your loved one have access to visit records and reassure themselves that care is being delivered in accordance with the Care Plan.

We will meet with you and learn everything we can about you, your hobbies and interests, your needs and your preferences. We believe that the best care is relationship-led and so will ensure that you or your loved one will have a small group of Care Professionals that have been introduced to you. This ensures that you or your loved one will have consistency and continuity in their care being provided by a dedicated team of familiar Care Professionals.

We offer flexible service agreements and can work on a daily, weekly or ad-hoc basis. There is no long-term commitment unless specifically required, and you can adjust or discontinue services as your needs change.

Care Planning

After the assessment visit we'll craft your bespoke care plan, taking into consideration all the practical support your loved one needs along with all those fun extra elements supporting them to life their life to the full!

The Care Team

Once the care plan has been tweaked and agreed by everyone we can then introduce you and your loved one to the care team. Our tailored approach ensures that each client receives the attention and care they deserve.

Regular Reviews

We understand needs and preferences changes, so we have regular reviews to know more (or less) support is needed. So no matter your needs we have you covered. Your comfort is our Priority!
