Personal Care
Personal Care at Home helps you or your loved one complete daily tasks. This includes assisting with bathing, dressing, applying creams, nail care, skin care or preparing for bed.
We work with you to develop a tailored Personal Care plan focused on your needs and preferences. A fully trained private carer offers discreet personal care to support your independence.
Meal Preparation
Great tasting, healthy meals and plenty of the right liquids are super important for everyone at every stage of life. Our team can prepare all types of meals, from the basics of heating a ready meal and cooking some vegetables to creating a full meal from scratch. We cater to all sorts of different dietary choices, requirements and nutritional needs. All our carers are trained in food hygiene and nutrition.
Medication Assistance
Our services for providing medication support are designed to provide comprehensive support and complete peace of mind. From starting a new course of medication to managing existing prescriptions, our team works seamlessly with GPs and pharmacists to ensure the correct medication is provided and then our team provide support in administering medication.
Social Support
There’s no doubt that staying active and enjoying trips out of the house can be a really positive experience. This helps to prevent feelings of isolation and loneliness as we make sure that your loved one still has plenty of things to look forward to. The anticipation of an outing is an important part of the overall mental and physical well-being. Our team of Care Professionals can plan and prepare for trips out and will help make any necessary arrangements.
Home Help
Domestic assistance is not just about keeping the house tidy, it’s about reducing the burden of mundane tasks and improving quality of life. We focus on routine tasks such as dishwashing, vacuuming, maintaining cleanliness, laundry, shopping, and even helping with timely bill payments. We can create regular schedules of tasks as part of an ongoing care plan, we can respond as and when needed to help take on whatever needs doing.
Respite Care
We respect and champion every single carer, whatever the circumstances. And we understand what it takes and what it means. That’s why we offer respite care services, which enable a main carer to take a break and spend time in other ways, for example – to get out to the shops, see friends or go to the cinema. This can be on a regular basis – a couple of hours a week, weekends, and can also be on an ad-hoc basis, whenever it’s needed.
